Brooke & Bryan
What a lovely couple with two beautiful children. We enjoyed photographing this couple who also each had one child. The family of four seemed already formed for a long time before we met them. The transition to family for them was in place before the wedding day. Bryan left for the army just ten days after their nuptials. We are praying for Brooke daily as she awaits her new husband's return.

Snow, snow and more snow!
We have prayed for snow before along with all the school aged kids. We finally got some snow this year, and I think we are making up for lost time. I know everyone is tired of the cold and snow and being out of school, BUT...just remember we may not get any snow like this for years to come. We should appreciate it now, and see it as the beautiful white blanket God gave us to cover up our cold dead grass and trees. If you do see some snowflakes as they fall on your car window or on you, take a moment just to look at how unique and complicatedly made they are. It is truly an awesome sight. I have a photo of our snowman contribution. It is in the aloha spirit. Hawaii is one of 2 states that are not experiencing the cloudy snow days and winter blues this time of year:) Mahalo and God Bless!

Tiffany & Ed
Well this fall day was absolutely fall weather. Tiffany and Ed met on Eharmony so they are our first online couple. They were married at Brentwood United Methodist Church. The bride used lilac and navy colors in attire and flowers. The florist was Bonnie Denton with Belles Fleurs Designs www.bellesfleursdesigns.com. Videographers Eugene and Heather Brown from www.2duce2.com
The reception was at The Old Natchez Country Club. Cake was provided by Dulce Desserts www.dulcedesserts.comThe DJ was Kevin Thompson www.choicedjs.com with Choice Disc Jockeys & Emcees. He even got out on the dance floor to show the guests the Cupid Shuffle. I had to join in also. It was a blast shooting this wedding, and this couple was great. They left for their South Florida honeymoon in a london taxi provided by www.matchlesslimo.com. Check out our golf shots along with a few other faves.

Krissie & Dan
What a beautiful spot for a wedding. Pick Inn in Gallatin, TN. www.jimandjesse.com
We had a great time with the wine and black colored wedding outdoors. It was chilly, but the warmth in their family was enough. Check out some of my favorite shots:

Meaning of Mahalo
We got this word from Hawaii. If you have never been to the islands of Hawaii, you need to stop whatever you are doing and plan a trip. Even if you have to save for months or years, just do it. You will be glad you did. It is absolutely everything they say it is or you have heard before. Yes, the food is a little more expensive BUT..everything else makes up for it. The flowers are abundant and fill the air with fragrance day and night. The people are so friendly. We heard Mahalo daily several times a day. It means thank you or praise. We found everyone on the island thankful for everything. The natives stop every day to watch the sunset and they live there for crying out loud! I think they are a grateful people. They are not in a rush. It was a laid back lifestyle full of appreciation. We just got married, so we needed a new business name fitting for both of us. Mahalo just seemed perfect.
